Oh I’d rethink that. MS has to follow the federal mandates.
January 4 2022 is the deadline for all companies with over 100 people to be fully vaccinated.

If memory serves, vax has been "mandated" since June and yet nothing has happened to all of us who just ignored the "mandate."

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. In any event, unvaxxed are gonna get hosed on bonus and raises going forward. If you think you’re gonna keep the salary you currently have and work from home forever, well, never mind. You’re gonna find out in 2022.
