NOPE !! IT WONT ! Have seen several of those leadership shakeup emails at Intel, Intel has been on slow downward spiral for 10+ years.

Top 2 levels in Intel ET and CVPs pretty much the same with 25+ years at Intel what do you expect to change? Nothing.
Except for our AI CTO who has never built or shipped a product in his life. Lipbu bringing us to chopping block.

@av it doesn't even matter how much. They all come with their shiny new ideas, reorg everybody, fire a bunch of people, start new stupid projects with zero potential revenue, and 2 years later they get fired when the new folks that they report to realize how stupid they all are. Rinse and repeat.

It's disgraceful that, while the company is currently telling people that they'll be unemployed, that their lives will change, these mo--ns think it's a good idea to announce that they are hiring new clueless mo--ns

Remember old men are only thinking about their retirement. Nothing will change or innovate whatsoever.

If it hasn’t in the previous dozen times before, what would give you any inkling that this time would be different?

The only difference is the indisputable permanence of Intel’s status as a has-been compared to previous shake-ups.
