I was told pre-furlough some team members may be called back sooner that the two months. Anyone aware of this?

Can you share your location or business unit?
I am coming back next Monday, just got an e-mail. Who knows what that means

Mangers don’t have anymore information than you do. Sabre managers aren’t included in any discussions involving future direction or plans. However with AA and Delta reporting planned reductions of staff in the 30% range, it’s a safe bet Sabre will have to do the same. Your manager is likely to be on the street looking for a job like everyone else. I seriously doubt they’re looking to “secure cooperation” from anyone.
In our team one guy is coming back. Second one is waiting for a final decision but he was requested to return.
Most logical take is that manager’s would say that to maximize the cooperation of furloughed employees during hand off time.
