It was interesting to see that of the new 13 direct reports to Joe Geagea- 12 where incumbents??? And many got big promotions to PSG 41- with minor job scopes. How is this transformational? Is this what we need to win in any environment? Any thoughts....

All those years of causing problems and total mediocrity....Joe G - do the honorable thing for once in a career and retire....you sound like a used car salesman when you talk.....zero is your credibility...
Like Kim “the pimp speech maker” McHugh - spend more time helping and leading than traveling and talking....oh, wait, gotta have skills to help and lead....well, carry on then....
@asd+14oP2Xh2 is wrong. Wirth is PSG 50. Executives like Payne, Geagea, and Rhonda Morris are 41+. Not every number is used. There is a jump between 30 ( Functional GMs) and 41. For example, Pat Yarrington was second highest paid person and a 43 before she retired.
@asd+14oP2Xh2 wrong, executives are 40+. Nice try.
@zpg, If you use Chevron Whitepages, you can determine fairly well the accurate headcount for each BU. Simply do a raw count by not including any search filtering criteria. Human Resources is fairly quick to add email addresses for new hires and delete the one’s of ex-employees, hence a timely headcount.
the first round of transformation leadership announcement made this week. they don't dare show chevron employees a before and after of headcount. appears they actually added a position or more
I was ‘transformed’ back in 2016, from employed to retired.
@ohe+14oP2Xh2 Classic. If I survive this. I will remember the renaming of things as being transformational. They will no doubt change the name back in twenty years.
OP, There’s no PSG 41. The pay scale doesn’t go that high, so your entire post is dubious. What did you gain by posting it other than wasting your time and that of others?
Transformation - D&C became Wells
A selection process will be announced no later than next week.
Management will always protect itself. You should know that.
Jo’s gotta go. Shouldn’t the buck stop on his desk for a decade of MCP overruns?
