TPG would’ve been preferable over EQT/Zayo. Zayo will layoff everyone. TPG would’ve allowed the existing business to remain intact for the most part.

I THINK JUST FIBER ASSETS ARE SOLD NOT SMALL CELLS. WITH FIBER AND SMALL CELL TOGETHER ITS 8.5B BUT JUST FIBER WITHOUT SC = 4.5B

Is Zayo getting fiber for $4.25B or $8.5B? Multiple sources say $4.25Billion while other sources say $8.5B?
It seems like Zayo haggled the final sale price down by half from the $8.5B valuation.
Is this going to be the biggest layoff round? Seems like lots of jobs will be made redundant due to overlapping departments at Zayo.
