Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

DOGE & Cisco money waste

DOGE is currently canceling many unnecessary ServiceNow, Adobe etc licenses. What about Cisco? How much money is being spent on overpriced network infrastructure and unnecessary DNA and other licenses? Should we report this to DOGE?

Is Cisco still using that non-sensical marketecture DNA name for their licensing?

Try being a customer with this licensing. The name will be the last thing you worry about.

@en+1jntxwgjd, as a contractor, DOGE can only review and/or cancel the contracts. They can’t fire people at Cisco, make Cisco RTO, or whatever.

It’s sad you’re a voter if you supported Trump. He said he loves d-mb voters, and there’s a lot of d-mb people supporting what he’s doing.

@en+1jntxwgjd you got it! US Gov is Cisco‘s largest customer, hence it‘s legitimate to ask DOGE to review the contracts with Cisco and if another supplier could give the same or better service for a better price. Will raise a request.

Smaller government means less need for Cisco products and every other major player in the market.

I wish your post was ironic.

Cisco is a federal contractor, and the US federal gov't is Cisco's largest customer. So, yes, absolutely those federal contracts are up for analysis by DOGE, as much as each Secretary/cabinet appointee will allow it.

It's sad that you're probably a voter.

Yes, we should report this to DODGE so hopefully DODGE will extend to high tech. :)
