If we really want to return value to the shareholders and cut costs we should send all the Executive positions overseas. They don't add much value other than to their own pocketbook. Getting rid of millions in salary a year with just MW alone will be able to raise the dividend. Think of all the money saved on private jets, publicity stunts to rigs, luxury boxes at stadiums and so much more. It's all great for the shareholders so let's do it!!!

@aqk+1vdZfYpf Nothing stupid about it. Our ELT deliver the least value per amount paid. MW and his cronies and single handedly destroyed the company with the constant layoffs and poor decisions. Before a single employee is laid off they need to at a bare minimum take a pay cut and best case scenario they are fired. No accountability for ELT.
Watch what you wish for: They might move the whole comporatin to India! Reference Chaney's move of Halliburton headquarters to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. Make Chevron great again (for the investers).
It will be future ENGINE releases. Moving up the food chain, one layer of management at a time. It will stop at functional leadership level from current projections.
