I’ve decided to move on, I just couldn’t keep working under the current conditions. After months of searching, I finally found another job. It pays less, but at least it offers more stability and a healthier environment. Waiting around for layoffs felt like gambling with no safety net. This move gives me some control back and, for the first time in a while, peace of mind. A smaller paycheck was a tradeoff I was willing to make.

@aq, I believe a lot of people on this site simply want Intel to fail. Intel is a large company. Think about about all the people they fired or rejected over the years. Some people can harbor resentment for a long time.
Congratulations to your bravo OP. Stay away from the troubles and ahead of others to get back to your life.
Intel is done! It has the same decades old culture of nepot$sm, favoritism, discrimination especially by the one South Asian country's employees/managers
On faith that op was real
That person was sharing with other intel current employees on this site how and why he/she left
You can’t expect this board to be only intel current or only intel ex
If you don’t like that basis
Choose to not come on the site at all
Why are people who don't work at Intel talking to other people who don't work at Intel about leaving Intel for a lower paying job
Smart move. Intel's lose. I'd love to see more people bail out of Intel and leave them hanging. They don't care about you.
Good for you! Good luck!
Very wise. Good luck with the new gig.
Good for you. Good luck!
