Hire more Sr positions and lay off the L11 and below (as usual). I have no idea who all those new senior leaders are managing, but apparently they are “needed!”
Quarterly layoffs.
Likely Quaker will be split, packaged and sold off to other food companies, that’s the feel I got from statements made by Elliott Investments.
At least save this jive q until January.
It’s not if there will be layoffs, but how many there will be?. Monthly? Quarterly? I’m going with quarterly. Just before the quarterly numbers are released.
