Thread regarding Northwestern Mutual layoffs

I cant believe how cheap these on site Infosys contractors are getting, how can they afford to live?

They are constantly swapping out the more expensive ones with new ones at a fraction of the rate, it's incredible. Unfortunately the next iteration is even more unremarkable than the previous, and that is saying something

They literally took my job. I was told that they no longer contract with Brooksource and only Infosys going forward. Brooksource confirmed this for me. 3 years of "contract to hire" down the drain. Now everyone wants industry experience so I have no choice but to beg NMs competitors for a job. Insurance companies are so slow about hiring though so it is taking a while...

Too bad they are not allowed to have a caucasian male pride ERG since they are a minority now. They may be less bitter with a more constructive outlet for them

My resources from LTI are absolutely useless and running around like chickens with their heads chopped off. They also have no desire to learn, speak in broken English, and have been asking for admin-level permissions without even introducing themselves.

Is the rate 22.15 per hour paid for the bpo folks? I believe the tech. resources are compensated high.
Just take a look at the tech, especially the managers under PC. They start off in a oak creek apartment, then built a custom house and move to frklin, later upgrade to a huge villa in brookfield within a span of 5 yrs.
But a WM manager starts off in a simple house in new berlin, retires in the same house and probably dies in it. Quite the glamorous trajectory, isn’t it?

DG's job is to pivot back to making IT a cost center. The time for 'innovation' has passed. D-mb human dogs that can follow scripts and create plausible deniability is the order of the day.

DG & KS’s w3 t dream of cheap labor 22.15 per hour. The USAA model coming to an employee role near you. Hearing of many ‘retirements’?
