HR is totally incompetent.
Can’t be mad about not getting stock bonuses if you’ve never received stock bonuses.

Middle managers are the source of most of the problems. People blame the guys at the top, but I see so many times where middle management hide the status or projects because they don’t want to get managed (ie. work hard) from above. The big guys think their plans are all good until it blows up. LL4s are the worst

Nobody is reading the article. This is for stock awards and has zero to do with their cash bonus
And honestly, even if Farley 'only' gets 69% of his allocation. He made $23 million in 2023...69% of that is still nearly $16 million...guess he'll have to start wiping with $50 bills instead of $100's...oh the humanity
I notice there are no references to cutting bonuses for the people higher than "middle managers". So i assume Farley and Doug will do just fine as usual.
Yeah, let's all enjoy this moment and laugh at the middle managers, until the day when Ford decides to further cut everyone's bonuses. I wouldn't be surprised if one day Farley decided to let everyone go below 69%.
