Thread regarding Ford layoffs

When people go on medical leave, they are removed on outlook but are still active. When they are laid off, their badges show inactive.

"Still active in CDS" doesn't mean anything since during the recent cuts the only sign that people were gone was that they disappeared out of Outlook. Pretty sure that FLV is effectively gone and it's just a matter of timing while the BoD and C-suite iron out how many strings they can cut off the golden parachute for cost-savings and arranging his backfill.

Although he is no longer in outlook, he is still in Super CDS with an active badge. The Company must have put him on leave.

@aoa+1nz22it6 - Just in case you are not aware about 25 years ago BF's executive assistant took unannounced time off, about 6 months, because Billy banged her and she had a child. No one in the in the executive suite is held accountable, not unless you cross Billy boy.

FLV is a fake, NEXT is nothing but a cash drain. Hackett failed in the same position with Ford Smart Mobility. Investors and Wall St are well aware. Lawler knows it. Pathetic. FLV now has a felony charge, revoke his visa, terminate him and what remains of his useless org and maybe FoMoCo has a chance of getting back to what we know we can do, manufacture good vehicles.
