Agree. The sales and SE directors and VPs have sold the UKI org down the sewerage into the murky waters of the Thames. Last 4-5 years have been painful watching the toxic, b0ll0cking, corrosive culture chaperoned by these self serving , narcissistic humbugs ruin whatever we had as business, customers, credibility and brand name. Now the customers laugh at us because we can’t even commit to have a face-to-face with them due to cost cutting. F—k these idi0ts!

People can not be notified on the 16th of October. There are over 100 people impacted in bedfont/london therefore consultation is for 45 days as per the law. 45 days from the 16th of September is the 31st of October

“Change is the only constant.” Or so goes the sound bite. To be honest, I won’t be sad if I get hit this time. 14 years in this swamp and I have never seen a worse SE and Sales management. Gaslighting , patronising, outright lying, bullying - everything has become the norm at this once great place to work during last 4 years. LR me and put me out of my misery! Please!!!

Reckon it will be sometime in the first 2 weeks of November. Consultation is 45 days and then add in another 4 weeks from notification until termination you are looking at the middle of December for it to be finalised if you one of the lucky ones to be impacted. 15% sounds about right, though some teams more impacted than others.
