You know things are spiralling when they lower utilization in order to have more people in sales roles. What happened to all these Band D and above leaders? Finding your own project work is like shopping Dice for contract roles. Waiting for the mandatory 25% pay cut.

Remember the reorg where RT created a National Market to try and gain more IBM customers? How well has that done? Heard PIPs were really impacting a lot of National Market sales people. So where was the product and services strategy for the National Market. Everything from pricing to simplified offerings needed to be considered. RT really failed here

If you're in Consulting and a B10, the key metric changes every year. Signings were all that mattered, then Ute, then GP, then Revenue, and now it sounds like its come full circle. When all focus is on one metric, other metrics tank, and so on and so on.
