I wish! I have over 800 hours sick leave. You only get paid for unused vacation I believe. Not sure about floating holidays but I always use them first.

HR is running a query for all employees with 215 hours of sick time, give or take 3 hours. That is the first layoff list. :)

There are policies where calling off too frequently can result in punitive action. Just like any other company.

I'd be taking a weekly mental health day until layoffs are done if I were you. I had nowhere near that much and I'm burning through as much as I can.
