I still have faith Americans can succeed, but it’s frail.
We need to start building households again. Family formation and a high trust society are the foundation. Everything else will follow.
No more cynicism, no more past is the past… and no more backstabbing.
More of doing the right thing. And not dumping a trail of bodies along the way destroying our faith.
Restore balance. I think, at that point, people would not dread RTO

All upper management is stressed. They pulled us all back in the office and now they have no excuses left for the poor quality other than their own actions.
@ag Money lady might be stressed because RTO will cost her organization a lot of money. Working from home saves her organization from paying exorbitant rent for office space.

Like most employees, I am disappointed DF wasn't there to speak on behalf of the Skunkworks debut for August 11th. But we should all be excited JF mentioned it!

One last thing, I feel that if they do have layoffs, the CEO should be in the meeting. In person or on Teams, but he should be the one to say it to our faces.

On the earnings call yesterday, none of them sounded like they believed a word they were reading. They could all use some practice reading a script so it doesn’t sound like they are reading a script.
Sounds like we are gonna see a lot of PIP handed out during mid year assessments
The chat is always interesting. They never read it, but it lets you know how the masses are feeling.
The Town hall meeting is all talk and no action or results. It shows when Ford is making no profits and keeps losing $ each quarter.
