Everyone is different but for me, I can’t complain. My boss rocks, I am very lucky in that aspect. The pay is ok, insurance is good, other benefits are up with industry standard. Work hours are flexible and I work from home, which is awesome. I can’t complain as I’ve been able to work whereas others don’t have a job due to covid. I’m happy.
Could things be better here and there? Sure they could but if you are always looking for that perfect job, you’ll never be happy. It’s a job, a means in which to pay the bills. Simple as that. Go to work, give your best, collect your pay and live your life outside of work.
