Thread regarding Occidental Petroleum Corp. layoffs

Will bonuses be adjusted?

Will upcoming bonuses and LTI be knocked back to account for the tough times ahead for Oxy due to low oil prices and high capital costs?

200% of target. Gonna be a good year. Sorry non-employee shareholders.

@dbdx+1kyIybCF Bonuses are being given to the shareholders...just only a select portion of them that also happen to be employees.

Your bonuses should be given to the shareholders.

Intranetwebclicker: get yourself a friend in planning. There are so many to go around I’m sure you’ll find one.

@8yra+1kyIybCF Not sure which page you are looking at. Last update was on 11/10/2022 after Q3 earnings. September YTD Actual was yellow ( ≤ 3% over Target ) and Total Year Outlook was green ( At or below the Target ). Not sure where it shows that we did not meet or beat the TSPB target.

Not much of a KPI Master...

Look at the home page Oxynet.
KPI is TSPB which we did not beat.

It is based on the 2022 year Oxy had, and that was about as good of a year as Oxy ever had. I would say no limits at all.

Why can't people focus on doing their job instead of being entitled millennials all the time?
