Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Can’t believe they are serious about RTO

I thought it was a bad joke but I was wrong. These clowns are actually forcing people back to the office with the delta variant raging across the US. Operation mission attrition is underway. The best thing we can do now is document EVERYTHING. Every/any unsanitary condition, etc take pics and send to the press. The only way these out of touch a-holes will respond is if they start catching heat in the media. Don’t just lay down and accept their blatant disregard for you and your family’s health and safety. FIGHT BACK!!!

Document everything you see and hear. Can't use your phone in a forbidden area write down time date who was party to the discussion. We need to fight back on our own since we don't have a union to help us!

@afm+1cIbiahY "Risk" to them means money loss. A few employees or members of their families dying doesn't concern them in the least.

Agreed. Covid will be rampant, and if people die because of this.....huge problem. Could have delayed 2 or 3 months now, or 6 to 9 months after bad press. I thought BAC was good at the risk/reward concept
