do a performance review on the lousy leaders here, responsible for the angst of clients and are absolutely clueless how to fix their self created mess, their only strategy now is to exit themselves out of the shi% storm they so well executed on.... p-m, forced ranking, meaningless agile, fake AI, list goes on.
