401K match

Heard from reliable sources, management discussing to end 401K match in July this year.
Otherwise will be done starting 2027

@ek I can’t get over the supposed high ranking that question continues to get. Makes me wonder who these people are and why they hate their friends!

@OP
Incredible. lol
And they keep asking me in GLINT surveys if I’d recommend FIS to a friend to work here. LMAO.

Must be an attempt to get people to voluntarily resign

My severance agreement states I am eligible for annual 401K matching contribution in February the year after my termination (2027). I am supposed to get my first severance payment on 6/30. I wonder if they will continue to take out the 401k contribution from my severance payment.

@OP good grief. They don’t pay the match until the first quarter of 2027 anyway. Add to this the number of employees being rebadged and let go before July. What gross mismanagement!

This is a real sign of impending bankruptcy. Will Stephanie or any other executives take a pay cut? Highly unlikely.

I cannot believe they would do this. Have any other companies of our size pulled their 401k match?
