I had mine a month ago and my manager told me they had to give me an “achieved some expectations” because the higher ups don’t want to see the same ratings across the board. My manager reiterated that it’s nothing I’m doing wrong, but just something he had to do to please leadership. Complete and utter b.s. I’m sure it lowered my merit too.
Either a derelict manager or they're holding it to fire you. I'm betting the latter.

I had one but as someone who works 10-11 hrs daily and received "achieved some" in one of the areas due to lack of AI usage when my manager never encouraged us to use AI.
I have not.
Many on my team cause i refuse to deliver when someone else sc--wed with their ratings

Yes, I haven’t had mine and a few on my team haven’t either. People out on vacation, etc.
