The governor is robbing all NY'ers blind. The best part is they get out of this lease and will most likely take advantage of the broadcast center. Finally after years of su-king money out of it.

Not much here. Article has the majority of the footage in 1633, and Para only has a few floors there. Para footprint in 1515 is like a million square ft, this 100k would be a couple floors or a studio.
