Phase 2 of rewards started being communicated yesterday. How's it looking? Any silver lining in this mess?

Grade 55 Tech Ireland new base 50k Euro 10yrs :( got 5.6% increase
10% is typical for promo
Grade 056 tech, I got a 5% raise new base pay of 97K
Got 5% which is horrendous for grade 5. Making less than new hires.
These rewards will mean nothing after July 1st when most will be laid off
What do you mean sc--wed on promo %? The increase you get when promo? What is typical and what are we seeing?
Phase 2 rewards notifications started on 5/14 and will be delivered over a two week window. Effective date is 7/1.
Did anyone have clue what is the increase % for the promotion?
Merit was pretty good considering the financials of the company - 5-6% for successful. Folks got sc--wed on promo % though.
best % raise ever for me, left wondering when it will take affect (1 more or 2 pay cycles). Conversation was short and to the point. I do wish they would stack these together rather than having multiple conversations (APB, Stock, and annual adjustments).

if you doomed be out you probably wont see it on your payroll as it will only take effective July.
I got my reward phase 2 today. Hang on to your phase 1 paper, because they are 2 pieces forming a puzzle.
