@aerg+15c3Dy8i is correct, 2 weeks severance for pay for each year of employment, capped at 20 years. Which is pretty c-ap if you're a long term employee, in which case they should pay for each year's service. And in the UK the government lets you take the first 30k tax-free.

Roughly 1 wk per year sounds right. That’s what I received. They owe it to you. Fight for every cent.
