Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

After 18 years, 5 months and 20 days. 770 hours sick time. I no longer share the Hedge Fund’s Vision for Lowe’s as an employee. Why would I continue working for less money than when I started. Marvin has no moral compass or honor when it comes to the most tenured and knowledgeable employees that drive sales.

Agreed. Lowe's currently only cares about "Loyalty" sign ups at all costs. That new stupid PRO program. No talk about sales, customer service, nothing. Just arbitrary sign ups for a program our corporate office hasnt even detailed yet or provided specifics on.

Lowe's corporate office is filled with mo–ns.

Can't do it without being written up because you only get 6 absences a year. I think you can take 3 days without a doctor's note, so that's 18 days or 144 hours max before they'll be wanting to bring down the hammer.

I haven’t heard any positive employees on here for years now I worked for Lowe’s and I worked for 13 years and had 4 weeks paid vac and 250 hrs of sick leave and worked hard everyday and missed very few days but here I sit terminated .
