I think this is the real reason Ford cuts the seasoned talented employees, they know the Ford leadership is all hat no cattle.

All TH and AH meetings are a waste of time. Its always "wait 'till you see whats coming" and never, "here it is...". All we have to do is look at the competition to see whats coming to a Ford in 5 years.

Townhall is a waste of time use that time to prepare for interviews and look for a new job. This place is gone to the dogs they simply don't care about the workers.
