JR isn’t the problem…..he’s an advocate for his people. To think this, you clearly have no idea how mismanaged CVE is. It’s beyond repairable. Good luck to shareholders. Incompetence In senior leadership destroyed this company. Bring back AP.

@ac+1jth5v0k1 Have you ever been let go or had to let someone go (usually because of someone else’s lack of leadership or ability to step up!?
It is a TERRIBLE experience on either side. To wish it on someone says a lot about you. I’m guessing you’re a bottom 10% performer and can only imagine the type of toxic you bring to your team.

Goodness I saw the email circulating for the U.S. There were so many names. One day employees are told it doesn’t affect our site and the next day employees receive an email from the leader of Downstream saying the entire distribution list of over 100 employees is at risk if they aren’t chosen for one of the 10 positions posted last week. Just goes to show the misalignment and confusion happening in his inner circle.

Tomorrow will be a bloodbath. Calgary downstream DTS and Integration, D&IT, conventional, innovation, land and JV.
I’ve worked with some of the best of the best in these teams and hope for the chance to do it again. A wealth of strong leaders, employees, teammates and people to be affected.
