Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Stop Fighting About It!

I know there have been some ugly threads about Pepsi's DEI policies. Can we finally put it to bed and be nice to each other again?

I love the Code of Conduct training and many others where it is always a white male middle manager harassing a female or POC in all of the scenario scenes! Not too racist at all!

The way Pepsi scorecards diversity according to race and gender is discrimination. It’s handled incorrectly. Targets are set and pushed, which is fine, but the company has to make hiring managers aware that race and gender are not to be deciding factors for promotion/hiring. This is never been part of our conversation to diversify and I am surprised there have not been more reverse discrimination filings.

To the question on quotas. Yes, we create annual decks that break down our teams diversity and s-x. Individual targets are given to each group and action plans are made how to improve your deficiency.

It's a matter of time Layoff.com deletes this thread. It's just too much heat for them. Get it out while you can.

Sure. When DEI advocates stop saying "old White men" are bad and become color blind, I'll stop.

While I found the DEI presentations tedious and silly, I don't recall anyone trying to make me feel guilty about my skin color.

Do the executives really get bonuses for the diversity in their departments?

Having to sit through those DEI presentations was absolutely ridiculous. I'm not going to feel guilty for my skin color, nor do I expect other's to feel guilty about theirs. We're all in this together.
