@an not AI lol, that area will be increasing
@a4 no they're not lol. Infosec isnt participating, they're under their workforce numbers. With AI more Information Security will be needed, less software engineers and eventually someone will wize up and get rid of all the agents.
@a6 30 ET
@ag I didn’t get it but the areas in ET that are eligible are data and ai, aiem/shared services, ieom and DE. Not surprising since Kristy and Fawad left.
They have a pension. They will get a paycheck for the rest their lives. Thanks policy holders. Your rate increases means I’ll be living large
@ab yup 100 in scope ET and w/ 30 voluntqry exit opps.
Can ANYONE come on here and say they got the voluntary exit offer and they are putting in for it? And what freaking department offered it to you?
ET , not IT… I heard a much lower, like 100 to get 30 to leave, other areas outside ET are looking to ask 300 qualified people to get probably 90 to leave
@a6 think it’s best we just wait for the email. It’s coming this week. No one really knows wtf is happening
Come on people....what are the real numbers? How many IT/ET? How many in Underwriting?
@a3 20?? Thats the entire IT department, hope you aren't an underwriter cuz your math su-ks and explains why we are losing to competitors
Infosecurity hasn't announced their meeting yet but they are being forced to reduce by 100.
False. Off by a factor of 20.
Do you know which part of ET? And when to expect?
