When you meet with Trump, ask him kindly to arm twist TSMC management to take over IFS, and fire 100% everyone over there, and start from the bottom up with new hires, new culture, and accountability!

@b3 You have to be joking. AMD sold off there fabs to raise cash to support design. Intel would have to pay someone tens of billions to take IFS... it's completely different. IFS is like a money su-king cancer... who wants that?

POTUS should not be twisting the arms of TSMC or any private companies. That is NOT a president's place. That's dictator s-it.
If TSMC took over IFS all the VPs and above would be immediately fired as would most of the fellows and a lot of the SPE and PEs.
They are the root of IFS failure
