Nothing to bi--h about yet. Been with XOM 7 years in downstream. Only had positive interactions with bosses and coworkers. My morale is high and my team is doing great. Sure there have been ups and downs but right now things are great.
My biggest complaint from work is that the plant parking lot su-ks. Am I wearing rose colored glasses!
You are lucky and some are at exxon. I was happy 25 years ago with the old crew I worked with. Now all those people are gone and I am working with a new kind of employee. An employee that would sell their own soul to the devil and destroy anyone in their way to promotion. If you find a place at exxon that is good to work at stay there.
