The Ford Motor Company has identified an issue affecting certain Escape, Bronco Sport, replacement 1.5-liter EcoBoost RFF cylinder heads, and replacement 1.5-liter EcoBoost RFF long blocks. According to the Dearborn-based automaker, suspect heads may have been produced with loose ball plugs. Any EcoBoost engines made by Ford are potentially recalling for safety failures.

Ford vehicles are rigged with recalls , it is normal. You should expect it when you buy Ford.
56 recalls so far for 2025. Ford will break 100 recalls this year.
Bad machining. How the heck do these things happen if proper inspection is taking place?
