Thank you sincerely to HR and the CRO for listening to employees and doing the right thing for both the region and the company. This is a great step toward restoring the culture and performance we've missed over the past several years. You will soon notice how all the teams will come together as a united force in this region.
Unfortunately, the former head of Americas turned back on many friends and colleagues in order to align herself with the ex CRO and her agenda. Instead of bringing everyone together, she pushed for constant reorgs, power grabbing for teams and people, letting go of consultants, going after specialists and product teams, dismantling of DSO, premier and asset owner teams & leaders, going after ELT members and complaining about Ex CFO, and targeting redundancy only around male employees in the region.
Her approach prioritized personal advancement, aligning with the ex CRO based on the promise of being head of sales, over the interests of the region, our people, and the company.
It is time to empower and promote from that team those who can drive collaboration and guide the region forward. The current structure needs to be revisited as many functions lack clarity such of individual/team who did all the “not so nice” work and slides behind the scene. We should return to our core strengths and focus what we do best.
Let's promote individuals based on hard work and performance - not just to improve DEI stats on paper as titles do not define us, as we've clearly seen.
Heartfelt Thank you to the HRBP and the entire HR department for listening to employees with honestly and encouraging collaboration. It's time to look ahead and give our best with new leaders.
"Thank you" again for bringing trust back.
