What if you have no teammates in your location since they are all spread out? How will they track if you are in office? Will it be ok to go in for 3 hours and then WFH during lunch. I just want to know how they will know we are in office.

I know for a fact that badge swipes are going to be audited (they actually have been already). That’s how they will know and then that will be compared against time card data.
@aaw+1n9DxLir - This is a delusional deflection. Everyone is not going back because some people did not honor WFH accommodations. If that were the case it would be as easy as punishing those who did not follow those accommodations.
Of course they can tell when you are in the office and for how long, they can check your badges scans, ip address, etc... How else do you think they know people were not honoring their original WFH plan. They will know if you come in and leave at noon - people were not honest when they needed to be so now the hammer is down
They can tell from your IP address and login to SVO. Also, your badge produces a record of in and out. Ask your manager for the rules. BTW, this is really no different from the original 90 days. 40% WFH. It’s just the specific days you have to be in the office. Not the amount of days. If you had an exception before, apply for one now.
That's my issue here. Not one member of my team is in my location.
Badge logs. Network logs. Timesheets. Narcs.
As someone else said, time sheets and badge system.
They also said they will require you to specify your work location when filling out your time sheet, and you can bet they'll be matching that to their badge and network access records. You'll basically have to self report. They're pointing you toward the prison cell and telling you to lock yourself in.
They can tell when you are logged into the Network.
They can tell when you Badge in.
