Electric Power trains will be part of the future. However, Model e is a Sh!t Show. Needs an overhaul...and by your response we can learn you simply might not know how money works, and because of that we know exactly how you voted. Maybe you just enjoy throwing cash into a furnace. bUt iTZa sTaRtUp!! It's really ok, money can be complicated sometimes. Just means you should let the adults decide what to do with it.

Yeah, that sibling gets to waste money with impunity and points to the other hard working sibling when things go wrong. The other sibling takes the punishment so that the favorite can continue sc--wing off and wasting the family's money. You walked right into that one, it was just too easy.

People make jokes, but Model e is genuinely the most fun and exciting place to work within FoMoCo.
The projects are cutting edge and I genuinely love working in Corktown.
Most of you should try to steer your careers toward Model e. I genuinely feel safer from layoffs here than I ever felt at Ford Blue. I don't know anything about Ford Pro.
So that must mean you dont agree with this recent round of cuts. Do I sense some mutiny here from the Model e fanboy? Sorry they went against your sound advice pal. They must not be taking your advice...or ignoring you.
None in Model e. As has been said here before, cutting resources in the most important organization in the company is not a proper business decision. Thus it will not occur. Other areas within Ford might be on the table though for resource adjustments.
