Got the axe today after 25 years. 2 min conversation as the thank you 😁
Severance was 4 months + Year end bonus paid + accelerated vesting up to November 2025.
@OP where are you located? Did you know any one else?
@a9 few RSUs are given these days, and those with many years have very few.
severance appears to be 2 months on payroll, then 4 months of lump sum payment + 4 months of cobra payments, + bonus still applies + sped up RSU, so not bad
