Half the time it feels like management is guessing. You ask what the priorities are and get five different answers. Makes it hard to focus or care when the people steering the ship don’t even know where it’s going. What the he-l happened to this place? It wasn't like this just a few years ago.

The accurate version of the numbers that you speak only can come straight from Ford leadership (official Global Town Hall, local department all-hands, and other cascades). Those proper and truthful numbers do not portray the negativity that you mention.
4 swipes a week will fix this
The plan is flawed and we are sinking fast. That's what you get when you get rid of all your expertise and hire all sorts of non-automotive people to run your automotive company. THEY HAVE NO IDEA what they are doing. It is like watching a slow motion crash every day.
As they say if you can't dazzle them with brilliance baffle them with bullsh-t. Just like Ford's historical stock prices. No real growth just the fox and hen house routine. Take money from here and move to there.
Except there's no leaders...
Oh that's right, you are the guy that cannot do basic math. Numbers don't mean anything to you. Suspend guidance, take losses, and fire the wrong people for failures. Rinse repeat...must be you.
Oh of course..... :)
The Ford+ company transformation plan is still in place and on-going. You must not be a current employee. All of us know the plan and our part to deliver on it.
