Medtronic is a soul-crushing nightmare. Management is arrogant and disconnected. HR has no humanity, just fake smiles and lies. Ethics? Hidden and ignored. A clique runs everything while the rest of us are treated like garbage. I’m under so much pressure I feel like I can’t breathe. I want out so badly. I’m so sick of this place, this weight. But I’m stuck because of money to make my family survive. This place is ki-ling me inside. Never put employee first.

30 years ago I went into HR, thinking I could improve organizations and improve the employee experience. Unfortunately, not one organization wanted to improve the employee experience. They only wanted to improve executive pay.since 1978, in the usa, CEO has increased 1000% and worker pay 23%.
Medtronic was the worst of the companies I worked for…execs only care about themselves
@a8 I think that is easier said then done. He's got to do it for family. I've upped and left before and I can tell you, it was worse as the thought of running out of money was always on my mind.
