Did anyone hear any new rounds post summer shutdown? Can I enjoy summer break or should I be worried?

@ay how is performance measured?
Does RTO mean all employees are classified as on site? Or on site and hub & hybrid?
@a8 agree. Q2 and guidance for the rest of 2025 are the best indicators.
Also, performance is coming back, that could lead to performance based layoffs.
Might be replaced by a "soft" layoff via August RTO. I have had at least 3-4 different people independently verify to me that they have strong indications it's happening. No details yet.

When was the last time our reports were stellar?
watch for Q2 numbers.. if they are not stellar expect a round of layoffs
