@a6+1jqs3gj1k, Top achievers can also be selected for layoff. So there is a chance that you may get it this year. Don't quit without a package. Hang in there. I got laid off last year as a top achiever after waiting for 2 years to be laid off. Your wish will come true and package is definitely cherry on top. Best wishes

I am a top achiever and want to be selected for layoff. I am ready to retire and was waiting for voluntary layoffs which may not happen. Package will definitely be cherry on top and will make my decision easy. I can volunteer for layoff in order to save someone else's job. Good luck
