Even in the media. Nothing remotely concrete. It makes me wonder if the damage is going to be worse than we originally thought.

@fa Ok - I thought maybe the project itself had failed, as in was dismantled, rather than it just not really working in practice.
@d3 haha isnt that obvious ? current state of Pepsico is best testimony has successful its business planning has been
@ca ??? How is it failed?
@a7 this is Integrated Business Planning ( IBP) in action - consequences of Athina’s signature failed project led by a lady from Moscow - the irony
@a7 was that the infamous UX VP? LOL
the only salvation for Pepsico is to dissolve Ramon´s untouchable court and appoint new competent leadership without deep ties to Indian businesses
@a7 Was this move by Athina in regards to specific teams or is that all you heard?
Athina seeking to shift more roles to India according to intel from one of S&T VPs with big mouth. They are going to cut more roles in US, Canada, Spain and Poland S&T hubs. This month is just begging it will continue well into 2026
The changes needed can’t be executed by existing leadership. They don’t have the vision or the company would be in its current situation. Perhaps they are vague because the plans don’t include them.
It’s going to be more than anyone has witnessed. Restructure. Elliot settlement. One North America. Massive downsize. More money for the company.
The restructurings being announced appear designed to signal action to investors, yet there is little evidence of meaningful change. This is the state of leadership. Sad.
