I was a victim of the layoffs today at JRC. And I don't understand why management is not telling the truth about another round of layoffs in November. An employee in HR told me two weeks ago that FE/RDXT is closing down in November. And when I call another employee in a different area, he said the same thing. They just don't know if they want to lay them off or move them. If you look at the order book, all of the orders stop in October. The manager told everyone that there area wasn't involved in this round. Why isn't he being truthful. The even put a new PGL in there, just to have the area close down. All of these guys lives are being impacted by lies.

I spoke to one of the leads in FE yesterday and the planners have stopped all work orders. Peoples well being are at stake.
Rumours of wireline being moved from one of the Facilities in Scotland,believe they have had over 20 redundancies.

If anyone from FE/RDXT is looking at this. I called someone in HR and she said that the area is closing Friday. I tried to call my contact inside FE and he's not answering. Get ready. Don't let them lie to you.

What part of the layoff process warrants the police being called. At the JRC, the police were there to escort the employees out. They treated us like criminals. They have security that thinks they a cops. If they weren't working there, they would be working at the mall.
I'm glad I'm gone. The PGL before the last two was better.
I have contact with some of the people in FE. They will call me in two months to tell me I was right.
I bet anything that the employees in FE won't be told anything until that are taken the perp walk.
@hc I love how many views this thread has. I hope some of the views are JRC management and those who got axed. Maybe on Monday they will address the 16 employees who will let go in November. Zach should be ashamed of himself.
@hc I'm more angry for the people told that their jobs are safe. Safe for 2 months, until the department is shut down. Shame on JRC, tell the people of FE/RDXT the truth.
I got the axe, too. Being angry does nothing. Regroup, get another job, prepare for a new role.
