Probably a J Crew blocker, they would sell it if they could, but there is probably clause in the loans stopping them.

@a6 there are no material tangible assets. Look at the balance sheet.

Mr. Wonderful will rip you to pieces and humiliate you in front of the entire nation.
Kinda like what has already happened to this company, in one way or another…

Java UI guy correct? What IP does xerox have? Printer IP worth 500 million? Anyone else with a ccc+ credit rating one could score a better bargain with? Say maybe Argentina could raise 500 million with soybeans as collateral? Soybeans have a wider market and way more liquid than printers?

$497m in September before Lexmark tucked in. Seeking $500m to stay alive.

Stock price currently at $2.75. It was at $40 when they tried to strong arm HP.

It's not going dark in days or months but it's not a career for sure. It'll take restructuring and bankruptcy court. That'll take a few years to sort through.

I read this story as well. I’m not claiming I know anything about IP financing - but does this not appear to suggest that XRX tangible assets are not as valuable? Isn’t IP financing more risky? If your brand goes to sh-t how does one collateral that? I mean clearly XRX is struggling on all levels so how and why would any lender provide 500mill based on the current dire situation of the company? Any insight would be help. Either way - another loan can’t be good.
