Performance Assessment Themes

Does anyone know how I can find a copy of this years performance assessment themes? My boss flashed it up for all of two seconds as she blazed through my assessment. I know I checked more boxes than what was quickly ran through. I know it changed every year but not by much. Was hoping to try to reverse engineer my PDS by getting this years themes.

Thanks

Seams like the only way to get O is to have god like impact on the corporation. I doubt finding oil on the moon would grant OwD

First time I've heard of these themes in 30 years in this company.

It really is all cloak and daggers....and then they wonder why 85% of the workforce are doing variations of minimum effort... Actually of course they don't wonder because they are deaf and blind to their staff.

This is why you should always record all your meetings.

the themes are made up bullsh-t. none of them truly makes sense and are back engineered to fit the narrative the session chair wants. its a sham and there is no real logic to it.

the biggest factor is always how your supervisor places you coming into the meeting. the max you will move then is +1 or -1 category. this is chosen by group of supervisors based on “what they are hearing” there is instant group bias once someone picks a name suddenly there is silent politics and ganging up to support eachother for each of these discussions for the “edge” cases. those who can move down a category and those who could move up. its messed up and truly luck based, never blame yourself. just find another place that respects humans.

@a6 Yeah I probaly didnt word my post the best and Im sorry. When your given your ranking like excellent or NSI I have always been shown a slide that has all the rankings one could receive. Below each ranking is a list of attributes or skills you displayed that year which caused you to fall into that category. Its a very private slide per say and your boss will not send it to you. Well at least mine said she can't. Then when they show it to you they hurry up like its some kind of CIA document. That is essentially what I was looking for.

@a6 this is correct. Why not just ask your supervisor for copy? That’s very common

Themes are generally determined in the PA meeting to fit the resulting narrative. There isn’t a corporate wide set of themes.
