There are powerful financial and political forces that need people using commercial real estate even if it means losing money. Bankers. CRE investors. CRE landlords.

Companies like Ford have toe the line just like they did for the COVID silliness.

Ford Land is following JF orders. They doing a great job managing their portfolio, considering the ever changing environment. I give them a lot of credit.

One thing that amazes me about this company is the contempt it has for its employees. Why do they send surveys and beg us to complete them if they aren’t going to respond to the results?
