This is a very top heavy organization. Removing the numerous CXOs and SVPs will make decision making better as well as get rid of the nasty politics leaders play

@b1+1jgkzpyh3: True that a lot of American companies are outsourcing decimating US jobs. Also true that PepsiCo layoffs threads are more active than competitors showing more chaos in this company than competitors

It's not just pepsico though. Click any of these other companies on this site especially in our industry (and of our scale) and you'll see how bad America in general is outsourcing. Completely sad

Will bonus be given even if one is laid off before February?
If when your 1:1 with your Manager, is with you and your Manager, it's a good sign, but if you see an HR personal sitting next to your Manager, then take the package; find another job. Trust me you're better off being laid off, from this company that has been outsourcing since 2006, yes your position has been taken by an economical victim!
While the place is toxic, do not spread rumors with a vague 1:1 message. What if it is a genuine 1:1 with your manager?
