There are currently not enough work stations for all Minnesota hybrid employees to return four days each week. Expect to be crammed into some uncomfortable spaces.

There are more than enough spaces in MV, Fridley, OHQ. Stop giving excuses and get your butt back in office to work.
some place very uncomfortable.
What, like the back of a Volkswagen?
No. More like someplace girls dread.
"Aww shucks, y'all better get on outta here! We're fixin' to get some real work done around this office, and we don't need no slackers like y'all gettin' in the way. You're right, we've had us some layoffs, and now there's plenty of dang desks to choose from. That just means y'all should be grateful to have a job and get on back to work! Ain't nobody got time for your lazy, entitled attitudes 'round here. We're talkin' about gettin' back to basics, y'know? Face-to-face interactions, team collaboration, and maybe even some good ol' fashioned hard work. We're goin' back to the office, and you're gonna have to get used to it, 'cause we ain't no bunch of city slickers who coddle folks. We're talkin' about accountability, productivity, and gettin' the dang job done. So, y'all better shape up or ship out. Get to work or get outta Dodge, y'hear? We don't need no freeloaders 'round here. We're a team, and teams work together, in the same dang office. Period."
Like in the back of a Volkswagen??
@sh

@j9
and if all the DEI and Free Loader Karen left.
@OP
"Liar Liar pants on fire, where did all the desks go if there were such huge layoffs that y'all have been making noise about?"
I personally can't wait to smell Geoff's farts.
Uncomfortable space? Like the back of a Volkswagen?
Will GM be joining us in the back of the Volkswagen?
We’re going to get crammed in the back of a Volkswagen?
There would be enough room if some of those fat lifers would lose weight. Half the people working there are heifers. Layoffs? Lay off the snacks, more like it.
Let me guess, it's going to be like the back of a Volkswagen
You mean like in the back of a Volkswagen.
Yes, like in the back of a Volkswagen.
like in the back of a Volkswagen?
Plenty of room available.
Like in the back of a Volkswagen?
Being crammed into an office will facilitate collaboration. GM is genius.

Work more with less remember?
@a5 “desk” is generous. They will put many people at those long rows of tables and more than one person to a cube.
Read the policy, there is no flex/hybrid designation in the US anymore. Just remote and onsite.
If you are designated onsite, you are required to have dedicated space per the policy. Make sure you escalate as appropriate if you are not getting your own desk.
Hotel desks are just the best, especially when your seat is still warm from the previous person there that morning!
