Can someone explain how they are tracking productivity? What’s the software? Is it just Viva Insights? What are they tracking? Who gets the reports? Please share if you actually know. This is important info for all of us!

@a8 to you maybe. But I can’t combat or counter if I don’t know what’s being looked for. For example if a report tracks keystrokes and mouse clicks but I’m in meetings most of the time daily I would show as low productivity on that report right? That’s why I said it’s a valid question. We all have seen over the past several months that simply “doing your job” doesn’t matter when it comes to who they’ve laid off. My two cents.
@OP Performance isn't the real currency—proximity is. If you've got the ear of the people in power, you're untouchable. Everyone else is expendable.
@a1 you really think “doing your job” is going to save you? If so Pulte has a bridge he’d like to sell you.
@a4 what kind of very detailed report? Have you ever seen one? What does it include?
Well hopefully someone more knowledgeable will respond if they have any actual information
Yes, every is tracked. This is how HR makes layoff recommendations, per Mike’s direction.
@a5 it’s a useless question
It's a valid question.
@OP who cares how they do it. You should assume that they do it to a fine detail.
Once in a while you'll come across very detailed reports. That should be enough of an information for you to understand how well they can do it.
So it's irrelevant how they do it and what software they use. Just understand that they have every single possible metric about you.
who cares do your job, only people who need to worry are those not working.
