@b4 is there max limit
@am I was given a weeks pay per year of time served FYI
They'll dump as many X folks as possible as they are on to his schemes for a couple of years now. Lexmark folks may drink the Kool aid for a minute longer before they realize there is no hope.
@a3 how about that folks can re apply in the future? Really? Why would anyone return to a company when they were let go? The FAQ section were all manufactured / pre planned questions. Of course they are not going to give any answers. For example - one question is will future layoffs occur? The answer? A long winded response that basically yea more is coming.
Release the Q3 numbers and stop waiting - everyone knows it’s a horror show - put people out of their misery. This isn’t going to get better.
@af "NO SEVERANCE" = not true ( at least not across the board )
Layoffs happening Now, NO SEVERANCE,
This was never a secret. But the acquisition of Lexmark all of the overlapping positions had to go. They didn’t even ask us to sign an NDA. I feel everybody knew it was coming. We had to justify all of our team’s positions, but that’s about it..
Can anybody share the note for those of us no longer there?
@a2 make this as public as possible BEFORE results day
good luck all
no travel except for stevie to go shake hands all around the world and get such well deserved awards
can't even say layoffs are due to bad senior management strategy why even put it on faq?
such a joke
My "favorite" question in the FAQ - "What can I do to support the business?" yeah, that's what everyone is asking today.
"Ask not what your company can do for you?". I feel like that was better when president Kennedy said it.
Best when they say "do you intend to make this public. No " not before results day !!
